An “active member” is a tax pro with their own workspace login who handles their own client load. Admins, paraprofessionals, and back-office staff with limited access do NOT count.
Best for: 2-pro firms installing together (partner firms, husband-wife firms, senior + lead-EA practices), and larger firms scaling members onto a shared workspace.

- A documented response workflow your team can execute without you,
…we refund the setup fee. Full stop. No prorated math, no “well actually.”
This isn’t a gimmick. It’s how we keep our judgment honest about who we take on.
What’s not included
To be clear about what we’re selling.
- Tax representation services. You still handle the cases. We install the system you handle them in.
- Software licenses. We configure tools you’ll own. If new tooling is required, we discuss it on the call.
- Per-notice fee work. The system handles your monitoring + response workflow; we don’t run individual cases for you.
