You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tax Monitor Pro. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services Description

Tax Monitor Pro provides IRS transcript monitoring, tax resolution support, and related tools for taxpayers and tax professionals. Our services are informational and operational in nature.

5. Not Legal or Tax Advice

The information, tools, and outputs provided by Tax Monitor Pro do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or professional counsel of any kind. You should consult a qualified tax professional or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

6. Purchases and Tokens

Token purchases on Tax Monitor Pro are non-refundable once issued to your account. Subscription fees are governed by the applicable plan terms. See our Refund Policy for additional details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Submitting false or misleading information.
  • Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tax Monitor Pro are owned by Lenore, Incand are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lenore, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tax Monitor Pro.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Tax Monitor Pro shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the platform or other users.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tax Monitor Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
